Dr. Batey completed his undergraduate studies at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He then went on to medical school at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. Soon after, he began his professional career practicing in Jackson, Tennessee, in 1990.
Dr. Batey came to Premier Primary Care in 2015. In addition to conventional medicine and general preventive care, he also excels at aesthetic procedures, such as hair removal and anti-aging, with Cynosure® devices.
